A bitter sweet drama. I watched this one much later from its release date. I came across the title many times and finally put myself together to watch it. Winter Sonata blew me away. It is incredible. You can tell the clothes worn by Bae Yong-joon are baggy for our times, but the clothes in general do not feel outdated. The pathway of trees is beautiful. It is wonderful and incredibly story of a boy in search of his father moves to the country side. In the countryside, he meets Yoo-jin who unknowingly captures his heart and her heart, his. In an untimely fate, he loses his memory in an accident. Believing he is dead, Yoo-jin still cannot forget him until several years later she meets him again. He has amnesia from the accident and is no longer his past self yet they fall in love again.
